Compassionate Latinos We celebrate with PETA the latinos who who have a heart for animals. Stage Center would like to include the Mexican-American playwright David Kennedy Polanco. David, a vegetarian since 1990 does not wear real leather, has taken part in letter writing campaigns and on the street protests for animals. In the late 1990s, in front of an infamous N.J. fur factory, David along with four others shed their clothes and took part in a "I'd rather be naked than wear fur" campaign. Kudos to David and all the Latinos and people's of the world who fight for animals well being.
